This invention relates to devices for treating railway ballast during its repair.
A known machine for treating railway ballast contains a frame mounted on the undercarriage, a ballast device mounted on the frame, a device for cleaning ballast, a device for laying the cleaned score on the way, a device for planning it and a ballast p. .
The disadvantage of this machine is that for planning ballast a plow is used, which moves the excess ballast in front of it and under the influence of the weight of this ballast its underlying layers are compacted and are unevenly compacted. Therefore, with subsequent uniform compaction of ballast by the machine, it is impossible to obtain uniform compaction of the ballast throughout the entire repair section of the track. In addition, in order to move a large amount of excess ballast before the plow, it is necessary to increase the traction drive of the machine.
These drawbacks reduce the effectiveness of Mavshny.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of a dp processing machine for railway ballast.
To achieve this goal, in a ballast processing machine of a railroad track containing a frame mounted on the undercarriage trolley, a ballast extraction device mounted on the frame, a ballast cleaning device, a device for laying clean ballast on the way, a device for planning it and a sealing device ballast, the device for planning of ballast consists of two endless chains installed in housings located on both sides of the machine’s longitudinal axis and mounted on a frame with the possibility of Strongly rotation around the vertical axis and height adjustment actuators.

The railway ballast processing machine contains 1 frame 2 mounted on the undercarriage of trolleys. 2 a ballast extraction device 3 is mounted, consisting of an endless traction chain, which with the help of guide rollers is guided along a closed broken line in the longitudinal guide chains, one of which is located across the path, and the other two - at an angle to the plane of the path. The guide chains, using the universal joint 4, rotate relative to the frame 2 in the vertical and horizontal planes x, respectively, by the cylinders 5 and 6. Frame 2 also contains a device for cleaning ballast 7, filled with ballast coming from the circuit of device 3, which dips the ballast out of the way. The device 7 includes a grid 8, through which debris enters the belt conveyor 9, from which conveyors 10 are fed out of the track or into vehicles for this garbage. Cleared rubble through an adjustable damper 11 is poured into two belt conveyors 12 running along both sides of the machine and installed on the frame with the possibility of rotation in the horizontal plane. From conveyors 12 through the grooves 13, the ballast is laid in a way. Conveyors 12 with grooves 13 are mouthpieces for laying clean ballast on the way. On frame 2, a device 14 is installed to straighten the position of the track in the longitudinal profile, having grips for rails and raising or lowering the rail-sleeper grid. On frame 2, the supports 16 are fixed by means of parallel pipes 15, on which a device 17 is installed to compact the ballast and a device 18 for planning it consists of two endless chains 20 installed in the cases 19, mounted on the supports 16 and can be rotated around vertical axes by hydraulic cylinders 21, on the rod of which the rods are fixed. 22 connected to the housings 19 of the chains 20. On frame 2, guides 28 are installed (FIG. 2) 5 in which the upper ends of the pulls 15 are placed, having the possibility of moving along these guides 28, as a result of which the devices 18 and 17 can be moved during the operation of the machine. Thus, for example, it is possible to reduce the speed of movement of the devices 18 and 17 in the working direction with large accumulations of ballast in front of the chains 20. In addition, the chains 20 can be moved to the transport position without turning these chains (this position is shown in figure 2 by dashed lines). In FIG. 3, the dotted lines show the position of chains 20 after the connector from housings 19 and rotation around vertical axes by hydraulic cylinders 21. When the machine is moved in the direction shown by the arrow, device 3 makes the contaminated ballast dredged, its device 7 cleaned, ballast was laid by way of conveyors 12. MACHINE FOR PROCESSING A BALLAST OF RAILWAY ROAD, comprising a frame mounted on running trolleys, a device for extracting ballast, a device for cleaning ballast, a device for laying the cleaned ballast in a way, a device for planning it and a device for sealing ballast, characterized in that, in order to increase efficiency, the device for planning ballast consists of two drive endless chains installed in the housings located on both sides of the longitudinal axis of the machine and mounted on the frame with the possibility of rotation around the vertical axes of th rearrangement of the height of the drives.
